Request for Determination of Applicability
Town of Orleans,                                                        7 Freeman Lane
by Green Seal Environmental, Inc. Assessor’s Map 12, Parcel 31, at the intersection of Tonset Road and Freeman Lane, 7 Freeman Lane. The proposed roadway intersection re-alignment, installation of a constructed wetland and associated storm water control structures. Work will occur within 100’ of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
